Cleaning fees depend on the floor area and layout, the type of cleaning—regular, deep or post-renovation—the level of dirt or residue, service frequency, timing and any additional services such as carpet cleaning or formaldehyde removal. Our quotations clearly list the work and costs, with no hidden charges.

We cover Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, serving offices, shops, shopping centre premises, homes and industrial buildings.
Arrangements depend on the location. Please provide the full address so we can assess transport and staffing before replying.
Our office is at Unit 1203, 12/F, Sky Tower, 100 How Ming Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon.
Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00 and Saturday 09:00–13:00. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays, but special services can be booked.
Once the quote and booking are confirmed, cleaning can usually be arranged within a few days. For urgent requests, we will try to offer the earliest available appointment.
Yes. We understand that businesses need to avoid disrupting daily operations. Evening, weekend and public-holiday cleaning can be arranged by appointment.
Special services can be booked. Sundays and public holidays are our usual rest days; please contact us early if you need cleaning then, and we will arrange it subject to staff availability.

Yes. Each service can be booked separately, including one-off deep cleaning, post-renovation cleaning or pre-opening shop cleaning. Multiple services can also be combined.
Please let us know as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp so we can rearrange staff and the booking. Rescheduling arrangements will be explained when your service is confirmed.
It depends on the premises. Offices and shops can arrange a key handover or access accompanied by property staff. For homes, we recommend having someone present to confirm the scope and results.
Please put away valuables and important documents and ensure water and electricity are available. Let us know in advance about building access or work requirements, such as prior registration.

The time depends on the floor area and the amount of renovation residue. Homes usually take half a day to a full day. Larger offices are assessed and scheduled separately.
We mainly remove renovation dust, tape, protective film, paint and adhesive residue, and clean glass, window frames, cabinet interiors, floors, kitchens and bathrooms so your new home or office is ready to use.
We generally recommend scheduling post-renovation cleaning after all renovation work is finished, workers have left and bulky renovation materials have been removed, to avoid new dust settling afterwards.
Please tell us if renovation waste or leftover materials remain on site. We will specify the handling scope in the quotation.
Carpet cleaning and formaldehyde removal.
Carpet cleaning, drying times, humid-weather care, sources of formaldehyde and when to arrange removal.
Drying usually takes a few hours to half a day, depending on the carpet and cleaning method. We will explain when the area can be used again before the service.
